Yeah, Novak doesn't really fit in with the theme of it. Annoying when that happens. Kinda like when Ray Romano spoke the voice of that ice age rate. Just couldn't believe it.

In Nazi-occupied France during World War II, a group of Jewish-American soldiers known as "The Basterds" are chosen specifically to spread fear throughout the Third Reich by scalping and brutally killing Nazis. The Basterds soon cross paths with a French-Jewish teenage girl who runs a movie theater in Paris which is targeted by the soldiers.

It sounds f***ing awesome (if a trifle unrealistic? I assume it's not based on a true story (yes BillyH I know World War 2 really happened)).

However I am skeptical of Tarantino's ability to make a movie that I actually enjoy. If Bruce Willis can't save his movies, I don't know if Brad Pitt can. Maybe the combination of Brad Pitt and WW2 Nazi-slaying action will make it bearable though!
