All the shows are starting back up again.

Cant wait to see what happens in heroes/ dexter and that breaking bad show

I gave up on this show after whatever happened last season. This show and that terminator show are off my list.

That was a short break.

Speaking of Dexter, I laughed when I saw channel 10 advertising "The new season of Dexter" on tv the other night, and it was season 2 they're getting ready to show.

There's an advert in my train station 'Ten new episodes of House in a row' or some such.

Besides the people still watch that jibes, i was amused that not running repeats for ten weeks is a big enough deal to warrant a billboard in one of Sydney's biggest train stations.

I'm not even sure i'll watch heroes tonight. Too much other good stuff to get through first.

That episode sucked badly. And did they change the directory? Coz it was shot and produced worse than before (lack of visual effects replaced by s***ty camera-ing and vague conversation and storytelling).

I'm waiting for True Blood and Dexter. My cap is going to waste here!

I tried following Heroes, but it just got weird and silly. My wife and son would watch with me occasionally, and they be asking things like "Isn't he a bad guy?" "Why is that girls father working with the bad guy?" "What happened to that guy to make him think he was a good guy?" "Why is that guys skin peeling?" "Didn't he try and fix people with powers?" etc etc etc

Cool concept, but it's like the writers did a big pile of drugs, played some early Nintendo and started writing.

edit: Also, it'll be interesting to see where Dexter goes. Having read the books on which the series is based, the "dark passenger" Dexter carries around becomes more than a than a metaphor for murderous urges. Also, Ritas kids!!

I just watched the episode and was pretty bored throughout it...I think it's a show I'll watch at home when Im really bored as opposed to something I must watch when it first comes out.

I won't expect Dexter to be back on until September'ish time this year :( When BSG finishes up I'll have no sci-fi shows on the go, come on I need something!

i loved the ep and the direction they are taking it, but im pissed off with what they have done with peters power. looks like he needs to touch someone to take their power and he can only use that power until he touches someone else. :/

I think he meant season 4.

You'll be waiting quite a while for season 4, considering season 3 only just finished a month and a half ago.

What makes you think he loses one power when he picks up another?

Maybe I missed something. (Though I was wondering why he was so worried about being sucked out of the plane given that he can fly....)

Yeah but the big tense ending is him being worried he'll get sucked out of a plane... like wtf? Its like the writers want to remind you how much they suck, the show wasnt too bad up til that point.

No it still doesnt make sense, because as a viewer you are sitting there going "this is f***ing stupid, that c*** can fly... just f***ing fly already", even if in the next episode they reveal he couldnt fly, are you going to go back and watch that scene and feel all tense?

I used to think Lost had some really lame-ass story lines but Heroes takes the cake for them. Doesn't mean I'll stop watching but it really does suck having characters changing sides all the time, especially in the latest season. At the moment Lost is the better show to watch.

Heroes has just become f***ing stupid. Can't remember who has what power, who is on whose side (Claire's 'dad' has changed sides a dozen times), who just did what, etc. And it's not from short-term memory!

hrg has always been on one side, claires. it doesnt matter what he has to do, he will do it to protect her.

That ep was quite good actually although it needed more of Sylar kicking ass.

I was hoping they were all going to die.

Reverend Evil: After hoping to see Peter to go all bad arse (in a good guy way) when they tried to abduct him (and being disappointed) I worried that they'd capture Sylar in some stupidly easy way too.

Luckily they let him show that at least one person on the show is an actual bad arse and has some understanding of how to use their powers.

I saw this advertised on TV, and its just insulting. Why the hell should be grateful that they are actually going to air an entire season consecutively? They wonder why ratings are down and piracy is so high, but if you cant tune into to the same channel at the same time every week to enjoy something, you get frustrated, give up and get online. As has happened with just about every show I have ever watched on TV. Also, someone mentioned the Dexter example - I love how 'New Season!' means two years old.

Yeah, its pretty awesome, I really like it. The current season is pretty epic too, with a big war going on between heaven and hell and lots of end of the world, revelations (in the biblical sense) kind of s*** going on.

Supernatural is awesome. So awesome in fact, our son shares the same name as one of the characters

Until they offer TV on demand I will keep returning to channel BT. Watching what I want, when I want is winrar.

On the topic of Heroes... could've watched the last 5 mins of the ep and not missed anything important. Laaaaaaaaame.

They need to stop dragging out the boring bits and drag out some action instead :/ That or get Claire naked instead.

Im not surprised though, this is heroes to a T , they write something in one scene, then completely forget about it in the next.

Pretty sure it wasn't meant literally, seeing as even if the guy wasn't frozen to death, I doubt his bloodstain would actually be warm at that point, its just a figure of speech.
