is it normal for the download to continuosly start and stop? it goes to 1.1mbs for like 30sec then goes dark for several mins - frustrating -
when nothing is happening i click for support information and it says the steam servers are to busy to handle your request i tried with and without steamwatch exactly the same, have all firewalls forwarded and have restarted steam several times http://i54.photobucket.com/albums/g95/neda85/steam.jpg |

It's not normal, but it doesn't surprise me at all, especially if the servers are overloaded |

make sure steamwatch.exe in the processes taskmanager is disabled. Then restart steam.
That usually only happens to me if I have steamwatch on and obviously the 3fl-iinet servers are busy. If you want to know what content server the update is coming in from click launch game for the game that is being updated. last edited by ctd at 15:08:55 28/Jan/09 |
