hey guy wondering what the name of a song is. I sounds like a song you might hear in a James bond movie or when someone is making a bad ass appearance in a show or something, its kinda techno-ish with 3 main chords that sorta sound like trumpets or something. I just heard a clip of the song on Rides before.

any ideas?

Makes me think of The Final Countdown being played in Arrested Development. Dunno why. Gob Bluth II was pretty bad/dumb ass on stage.

A winner is me?

EDIT: if so, it's Tomoyasu Hotei: "Battle Without Honor or Humanity"

im tryin to work out the name of an alternative aussie band from the mid 90's.
they had this song in which i believe the chorus went
'i dont know, what im waiting for, to score......(etc)'
i think that song was called 'i give in'.
the main riff to that song sounds a little like the intro and verse riff to the song aenima by tool.
any guesses?

f*** i finally found it......
the band was called 'effigy'.........
hard c.d to get though....if anyone has a copy of there self titled album PM me

Ah lewd if I had have seen this thread earlier, could have nailed this one too! Love Effigy.

It's off their self-titled CD, which I used to have but lent it to a thieving bastard who has run off with it. I've looked for this on soulseek many times, but never had any luck. I have their second album which has what was their biggest single 'Suspicion Bells' if you want that.

Since we're all partaking in some forum necromancy, Effigy: Effigy is available on iTunes for $16.49 which I assume is the album you're after.
