This was a good day. Transport arrangements were an excellent improvement on last year and despite some minor showers over the past 24 hours the grounds help up suprisingly well.

The various stages were well laid out and had good mat covering even though only one had a major tent for cover, the other two were still outdoor but the weather stayed fine.

As for the acts, this was an awesome line up. I enjoyed Ferry Corsten, Armin Van buren, Calvin Harris, Adam Freeland. Underworld was just boring synth improv.

Transport out was highly organised and efficient, and smirnoff black was replaced with smirnoff "festival" a lighter version of the drink which is only 1.5 standards so you don't get into much trouble (especially at $10 a can!)

i was actually pretty underwhelmed by this sfd compared to previous years. everyone was pretty meh and the sound needed to be turned up.

calvin was pretty decent once he got his stoopid mac workin. wasnt a fan of his skinny scottish fist pumping though.

eric is a massive wang and i am gonna pirate all his s*** now. big poof.

Adam Freeland was f***ing great. Loved Armin and Calvin. Was my first festival and definately won't be my last! Time for some epic sleep.

Pretty much spent the whole time at the main stage till armin finished by then I realised I was pretty sober from not drinking for 3 hours so smashed it and forgot to check out calvin harris. Tydi woulda been heaps sick if he didnt have a volume limit. Woulda got better sounds out of my computer logitechs bruz.

Underworld were easily the best act there.

Freeland, Armin, Ferry, usual trance bulls***. Was the best Summafield Dayze for me in 4 years. Easy to get to, crowd was great.

the smir black were "Festival" Edition ones which means only 5%...
found underground s***.. calvin was up and down too much.... maybe because it was beginning of the day for me but found stafford brothers were going off

I think this was the first festival where I didn't run into StreX. This makes me sad :(
