Key Responsibilities

Skills/Experience

· Degree in computer science or equivalent.

· Excellent communication skills

· Knowledge of performance, security, exploratory, acceptance and industry standard testing techniques are highly regarded

· Knowledge of C#, ASP.NET, JavaScript, and SQL 2000/2005, test automation preferred.

· Any commercial experience a bonus.

Our Customer Support and Product teams will liaise with you to determine priorities and your role is to come up with solutions and implement them.

Key Responsibilities

· Resolution of production incidents and delivery of product improvements.

· Provision of effective second level application support to both internal and external customers.

· Co-ordination of all changes to the application production environment.

I know the first question asked will be 'salary', unfortunately I've asked and they won't tell me (sigh) - and that you'll have to talk to them.
Having said that, I'd say it's pretty reasonable and around market rate, as I'm not exactly underpaid.
