So what are some good ones out at the moment?

SPOOOOOOOOOOOOOORRRRRRREEEEEEE

Nah... I'm seriously over video games. I much enjoy just sitting back and watching a movie or a few ep's of a TV show.

Go back to CoD 1, that single player campaign was freaking epic and is still kinda pretty.

Either that or anything GTA 3 and above is good for many hours of entertainment that inexplicably never gets old.

I know what you mean Raider!

I have been going back to some older games.. (which is good in that you can pick them up very cheap new off ebay)

Neverwinter nights plus the expansions if your into that sort of thing
Star Wars KOTOR2...
Dark Messiah of Might and Magic was fun single player..

Crysis single player was abit of a let down once you got upto the aliens... I enjoyed the jungle parts though.

Anyone else got any good suggestions?

Aventcast: Rise of the Mage is a pretty fun single player RPG, solid couple of days worth of gameplay at least.

I played through gears of war pc awhile back, alot more fun than the 360 version just by better controls.

Soulstorm single player is pretty tough, I played it for a while but got tired of the CPU attacking/defending with multiple bases (3 on 1 etc), on hard I'd wipe out one or two at most and have nothing left for the last one who comes steamrolling in.

Theres always old games if your feeling nostalgic, fire up the original sam & max games, full throttle, monkey island, etc :p

Heck, even crusader: no remorse and no regret are still good fun, if you are in the mood :)

Also, Assassin's Creed was great fun, great storyline, incredible atmosphere, if not a little repetitive...

Alpha Centauri was one of the most addictive games I ever played.

Never got into Civ, but the level of depth put into these games is f***ing ridiculous.

Hah! TF2 f***ing rocks, I sink 20+ hours a week into it and I'm not in the slightest bored of it yet.

I haven't enjoyed a FPS this much since Quake2 came out.

Not a fan of ET.

I like the non-realistic fps they're much more fun.

TF2 looks like my kind of game but Ive never played it. I liked quakeworld and quake2 though
