Its basicaly doing level 2 helpdesk on a 6 days on 4 days off roster providing support to our customers. Mostly windows based environments. No particular applications support skils are required, but you would be expected to have a good general knowledge of most common windows server and workstation environments.

What separates a level 1 from a lvl 2 and lvl 3 besides XP points, also is their a level cap to this job? What sort of stats are best, strength, agility, int, charisma and such?

A bit of both. I'm just curious as to what separates lvl 1 from 2 from 3. Everything else is garbage.

Having just gone from a level 2 to level 3 I can tell you there is alot of difference, at least at my work.
Mainly we get all the crap that the level 2's cant sort out and the higher level server stuff. |
