When I'm at UQ (and logged in with my username and pword), I seem to have access to heaps more full articles on Google Scholar compared to when I'm at home. I assume this is because Google Scholar recognises UQ pays for rights to see online articles?

How can I get this at home? UQ students have full access to s***loads of journal data bases, but how can I access them via Google Scholar rather than searching individual journals?

I hope that question makes sense.

Shouldn't you be able to login to network from home?
I know QUT and Grifftafe did it, and I could access the library articles etc, should be the same for internet.

Yeh I can access all the UQ Library stuff, but that's different from access to Google Scholar articles.

try logging into the UQ library and then search for something.

Use the VPN client at home.

Everybody has access.

Use either your UQ account UQxxxxx or your Student account, it will make your computer a part of the UQ network and you'll have full access to the library as well as your home area and a bunch of other stuff. PM me if you need a hand setting it up, or email me - p.george@uq.edu.au
