Ok, here's the scenario:

I have a 40" HDTV with my Xbox 360 in my loungeroom (roughly 10 metres away from where my PC & Wireless Router are setup). I have a smaller TV in my bedroom with my Modded Xbox running XBMC & a Netgear Wireless Access Point attached so I can stream media to it (This is setup about 15 metres away from the router - further away than the loungeroom).

Now here's the deal. I want to watch stream media to my big TV in my loungeroom. So I plug the Wireless Access Point into my 360 and stream via Orb. I notice that the video looks like a bag of ass (probably due to the way the 360 handles video or some such), but I still want to watch movies on the big TV. So I unplug my modded xbox from my bedroom, and plug it in in the loungeroom. Now when I do this, it won't detect my PC on the network thus I cannot stream media to it.

So:

Modded Xbox & Access Point can stream perfectly in my bedroom (15 metres away from router) - Therefore neither the Xbox or the Access Point are faulty.

Xbox 360 & Access Point can stream perfectly in the loungeroom (10 metres away from router) - Therefore the Access Point is DEFINITELY not faulty, nor is the wireless coverage in that particular area.

However Modded Xbox & Access Point cannot stream AT ALL in the loungeroom.

This is seriously doing my f***ing head in. What am I doing wrong here?

Some plasmas try to enhance the already enhanced output from 360 or dvd etc. Some plasmas you can turn this off some you cant(like my pana 50' 700a. The end result is really bad picture.

So, for low res stuff set the 360 to 720p or lower again and let the plasma do the upscale enhancing. Should turn out to be a great picture.
