my s*** box computer got a heap of viruses and i had to reinstall windows over the top to get it turned on and it is working ok but it is like i'm not the administrator because i can't change display settings and a heap of the options in the menu bar of folders is gone any help??

Yeh, reinstall is only really good to try and recover some s*** before scrubbing it properly.
