This year i purchased a DVD player. The dvd player subsequently died, and as it was still well covered under the 12 month warranty, i returned it and they promised to fix it. The store i returned it to, failed to contact me at any time.

The store also ignored 2 follow up calls that I made.

I now do not care about getting a fixed/replacement dvd player. However i would just like to say do not go to MSY Technology at morningside.

It is absolutely pathetic customer service. They chose to stock that particular DVD player, and they should live with the consequences of stocking cheap and nasty components(and the warranty).

I've had 2 problems with hardware from MSY and both were replaced on the spot, no questions asked.

Plenty of MSY horror stories with MSY and warranties. Buyer beware. If you choose to buy from them, don't expect after sales support or customer service. You're sacrificing all of that for price.
