Okay with the tickets going on sale in 15 minutes I was wondering whether I should get a ticket or not.

Myself and some friends have a sneaking suspicion that Iron Maiden might be announced on the 2nd release. The last BDO is perth on the 3rd... First stop of the maiden tour is on the 4th in perth. I have no real desire to see any of the other acts, although I would enjoy it, and I also have tickets to the Brisbane maiden.

What do you guys reckon the likelihood of them playing would be??

Seriously ryan just buy the tickets. At worst iron mainden wont be announced and you can sell them for more than you paid in less that 4 hours.

Krowbar - unlikely they will be on the tour if their first gig is on the 4th. May play Perth at a stretch, but can't seem them coming back the other way after having been on tour for a month already.

zak, some bands actually do that.. they'll do sydney then perth then come back to east coast..but rarely does that happen.. I'll be buying one no matter what..just to see RATM

Yeah, managed to get 4 from ticketek before the site apparently died in the ass. Man, they don't give much leeway on the session timeout times anymore.

Makes you wonder why RATM arent doing other concerts, cause its obviously why the tickets are selling out so quick, take ratm out of the lineup and its pretty average, they are the only decent international act on the lineup (I dont consider bjork decent or an act, shes kinda like yoko ono, except she was never married to john lennon so that makes he just crap)

Conspiricacy theory, The promoter has deliberatly not announced any other concerts till after the bdo's sell out and then hey presto, sideshows. What else are they doing for a week between the bdo's?

Apparently there's a lineup at Rocking Horse this morning that extends around the block down to Starbucks.

After missing out of tix in Sydney. I signed up for the Ballot and I just got a ticket. Who would have guessed the Ballot system would come threw with the goods.

I just orded some seafood over the phone, and am waiting for it to arrive. I'm hungry.
