A few months back I had some RAM trouble and my pc was doing weird stuff like randomly re-booting. At the time I thought it may have had something to do with Limewire because I had just recently installed it again and to run Limewire you need to have Java installed as well. Before I figured out it was the RAM I thought I'd get rid of all the things I had just put on and Java was one of these. Anyway, while un-installing the Java stuff the machine decides to reboot. Hooray!!
Anyway, I got my pc running fine again but the Java install is screwed and it wont let me delete it. Keeps bringing up an error saying it cant find a path or something. I cant even download it again because it gives a similar error. I've tried going in safe mode and getting rid of it and it wont so does anyone know a way I can get rid of it outta the registry I guess and let me install it again? Thanx. |

Try deleting the Uninstall key for it maybe...
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall Have a dig in there for it. Back it up first though. |
