Sequel to the awesome 28 Days Later. Not sure if its another case of "WHEN SEQUELS GO WRONG" or if it might actually be cool. Zombies though, how bad can it be?

i think 'ghosts of mars' shows just how s*** a zombie movie can be. :/ but then... i didn't like '28days later' either. zombies should just be undead... dead humans animated by pure evil & the like... not mutants (doom), not ghosts (ghosts of mars) & not rage virus bloodspewers!@#! either.

I recently discovered a Greasemonkey script that brings up a download menu when you visit the Apple trailers site.

Only a two-click install (assuming you have Greasemonkey already):

A youtube version obviously not as good quality but better than having dirty itunes/quicktime double punch

The guy who did the original one is the guy who's done that Sunshine movie now isn't he? That looks pretty cool actually. And this one looks cool too, because, well, zombies!

28 Days Later is NOT A ZOMBIE FILM.

I really enjoy post-apocalypse style movies and 28 Days Later is one of my favourites. I totally get why some people don't like the ending, but I love the fact that it finishes so differently to what you'd normally expect.

Unfortunately, from that preview the sequel is going to SUCK in terms of being an extension of the first one. For example it only takes a few seconds for the infection to take control... so no doubt there'll be some stupid explanations and lines like, "Luckily we invented the something or other device," to explain continuation. The original was made very uniquely as well... and I think that when it turns into a big studio film you lose a lot of the atmosphere. Having said that, it could be cool as a stand alone film.

And yeh, as Khel mentioned the dude who made the first one has just finished a new film that looks f***ing HELLA mad. He also made Trainspotting.

I finally got around to watching 28 days later, thought it was pretty damn good.

Word to that.

How do I get Quicktime without getting iTunes?

There should be a download option that lets you get it without iTunes, unless they changed that. Or you could just go get Quicktime Alternative.
