not sure if it annoys anyone else, but i always happen to be reading a great thread, yet whenever i go to post a reply i have to log in.

thats fine and dandy, but after the login it takes you back to the main forum.

anyway of either
a) directing back to the thread you actually clicked "reply" on
b) having the login above the reply box, so you enter username/password/reply message and it does it all in one hit

Ummm I login and then it sticks. Maybe it is a browser option...

enable cookies/stop deleting all your cookies you paranoid bastard.

there is a option to 'logout when you close the browser' untick. either that or stop using IE...

just added the code, works for me but who knows what crazy things might happen when people have different forum options

Use Firefox, depress middlemouse button, opens a new tab, fill in details an BINGO, your logged in =), switch back to your original tab an your done )

Now can you extend the qgl login to ausgamers login so when i happen to edit my s***ty posts i dont have to login again there? Yea yea its petty but its a long time concern ive had, all those precious moments spent pressing the login button again when i couldve edited out the stupid before others saw, read and said mean things about me.

- the login on two pc things is on the TODO to get fixed
- the edit-on-a-different-site-requiring-a-different-login is on the TODO to get fixed

this site is blocked at school, so i only come here on my home computer. its mostly logged in, except everynow and then its not. weird, but meh
