Currently showing in Canada? err....i've been here a year and i haven't seen these yet and my mate watches ALOT of cable tv....

anyway...funny story with smoking ads....involving same mate i mentioned above. Anyone remember those ads in aust where that chick was pouring like green liquid (apparently cynaide?) out of test tubes and other lab equipment and the narrotor is going on about whats in cigarettes? Anyway i'm at my mates place and he is halfway through the door to come out to the front porch with a cigarette in hand, he watches the whole ad...i'm thinking it's really making him think....he says 'man that chick is hot' and proceeds to light up his smoke then ask me what the hell i'm laughing at...

the best anti smoking advert was the cinema one everyone complained about. Had a guy sitting in his car in front of some empty fence, like he was waiting for someone to come out of the shops

people were very pissed off having to sit through a four minute cinema advert watching some guy smoke and nothing happened.
