f*** it was nice in the aircon at work today. But it's nicer sitting here sweating like a pig and drinking beer.

Also, I think there's a storm coming.

storm ftw. i am literally dripping. wish i cbf to go to my mum's pool. might hit the booze too.

I've been up in Maleny for Christmas. I must say, the weather has been AWESOME! Not too hot, an excelent breeze, no need for air con.
A storm went overhead on christmas day arvo, the outer part of it skimmed Maleny, so we got a most extravigant light show from the heavans with only a little rain and moderate to strong winds. It kept the temperature at a plesant 20 deg's or there abouts.

There was a lightning strike somewhere next to the house, I'm pretty sure I saw it from the cornor of my eye. Was massivly loud and charged the hair on my arms, got an addrenalin rush from that one. It knocked out the pump unfortunatly so had to wait untill today to rig up an older smaller pump that is doing the job until the other can be repaird. Cant find any scorch marks or anything to see where the lightning hit :(

Today, it is overcast and not too cold and not too hot, perfect weather I'd say. A nice breeze every few mins, birds n other assorted wildlife making their happy noises. Gallas doing this wierd 'lets swing around the powerlines as many times as we can' trick they seem to do for fun. We have a wattle tree near by so they eat that and get pissed. Tis great.

outside about -15deg. Too cold to go skiing :(. Come home in the middle of summer though. Going from negative 25 to positive 34 is not going to be fun

my CPU is idling at 75 degrees - is that bad?!?!

research makes me sweat

75 degrees idling is some what troubling,do you have any cooling fans attached? Maybe take the sides off for a bit and aim a fan into it for starters.

This heat is no longer funny and there is nothing qld about it.

I'm currenty freezing my arse off here.

This year I blame the spawn. Normally I can handle it, this year is just too much
