Bought a Dual AMD 3800 with Gigabyte k8nxpsli the other day after months of research. anyway, after not being told that you have to update bios to support dual cores(standard F6 to F10 - this is interesting for Gigabyte users) i was severly stressed as it was restting after install with no config files SAM DEFAULT or SECURITY. Wierd? Anyway - that fixed i am now having trouble after f6 for raid drivers it is stalling at 'setup is starting windows'. I am attempting to use winxp64 on istallation but have als attempted winxp32. Any thoughts. Thanks for your time.

Try the 6.25 beta drivers, copy the nvidia/ide files (not extra folder) to floppy.

ie. disk1 / txtsetup.oem / nvraid.inf.......

same deal for 32 bit drivers might whinge about some .cat file just skip that...
