Hi there all,can anyone point me in the right direction to get a tweak util for my Asus GF4...(yes i know theres one on the original driver disk but it never seems to make a difference) so i need another to try ...))

u could try Power Strip it seems to work on a wide range of cards and seems to work well.

what do you mean by tweak?
u want the overclocking sliders?
search for coolbits.reg and integrate it into your registry;

please tell me you are not using the drivers that came with the card?
if so, ditch them immediately and go grab the latest nvidia drivers
