And if you're not across this little gem, you should be. Having played Iron Harvest at E3 earlier this year, the game featured among our favourites from the show and was one we threw a nomination behind for the Game Critics Awards Best of E3 2019 awards. And while it didn't win, it definitely turned more than a few heads.

Developed by KING Art Games and being published by Deep Silver, this unique spin on the RTS genre has taken its cues from a series of paintings by Jakub Rozalski dubbed 1920+ which sees post-Great War artworks invaded by mechs and other giant "Dielsel Punk" machines.
At the dawn of the 20th century, shortly after the end of the Great War, the world is full of secrets and mysteries, of opportunities and challenges. Tradition clashes with scientific and technological progress, while Europe is still recovering from the brutal battles of the World War. Iron Harvest is a real-time strategy game (RTS) set in the alternate reality of 1920+, just after the end of the Great War. To create the perfect RTS-experience the team has been working in close cooperation with global RTS-fans ever since the highly successful kickstarter campaign.
The game will be rocking PC from September 1, 2020.

it's not too shabby hey. some gameplay notes from the beta i've been in on; it does feel a little `flat` for a RTS: ie it's missing some crucial camera viewport control's as seen in the genre it's weighing into with by the likes of Starcraft II and DotA. Command & Conquer if you want to go back that far too i suppose

i have my doubt's it will get much traction as a serious contender to those legends, especially considering as how multi-player optioning seemed to be very limited at the time of testing. however it is a very nicely polished and valiantly art-style rich rendition of storied lore from KING art games. deffo one to keep an eye on if you're a fan of RTS

To me, It looks like a very good mod for Company of Heroes, has a similar style. I backed this last year and look forward to having a go at it.
