in The days, ahead of E3, Square Enix unveiled a brand new IP, a new adventure thriller from Quantum Conundrum developer Airtight Games with a supernatural detective theme.

The flashy announcement trailer, although thematically tantalising, didn't offer too much of an idea of how the game would actually play, but this one certainly does. In the demo walkthrough below, recorded by PlayStation staff from the E3 2013 show floor, Airtight Games' Design Prodcuer Eric Studer narrates and describes 15 minutes of gameplay footage, explaining the advantages and limitations of using your ghosty detective powers to attempt to solve you're own violent murder.

Murdered: Soul Suspect is due in 2014 on PC, Xbox 360, and PlayStation 3.
