Like the original 1995 show, the new Gladiators will pit everyday Challengers against the competitive Gladiators in a variety of physical challenges such as Hang Tough, Pyramid and Powerball.

Gladiators' Executive Producer, Seven's Lisa Fitzpatrick said: "We are travelling nationally and looking for people who have the courage and stamina to enter the Gladiator Arena. The successful challengers will need all the strength, speed and agility they can muster, to take on the might of our spectacular Gladiators."

Gladiators is a Seven Network Co-Production with Endemol Southern Star.

The search is on for warrior men and women..

Haha I went to a Gladiators taping as well. Before they even do the Gladiator stuff, they force the Audience to cheer for very specific things, and record that for later... cheats...

I think everyone who was about 10-12 at the time was taken by there parents, alomost certainly becuase it was free.
