Whatever is circled just looks like a tiny white ball of s*** or part of the background to me.

that's what happens when you record something really large that's going really fast really close to the ground, so close in fact that it's about to collide with the ground, with a <30 fps security camera.

its a plane, you can even see where the wings hit. theres lots of fire. and theres even a plane shaped hole.

Seems a computer similuation has been produced, to counter conspiracy nut-jobs and provide some background in to what you see in the OP video. Yeah i know its hard to believe religious crazies flew a plane full of people in to the pentagon while screaming god is great when it seems so much more plausible that it was a missile fired by the global jewish conspiracy of bankers, oil tycoons and bush backers, but hey, that's life.
