The long awaited Multi Theft Auto: San Andreas R1.0 is finally released! Multi Theft Auto is a modification for Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas for PC (currently only version 1.0) that allows you to play it online against players around the world. This is the first release of MTA:SA which contains a race modification and a race map editor.

Cool....hope it isn't as buggy as the MTA for vice city....that was terrible...

So has anybody tried it out? does it warrant the 4 gig install of GTA again?

yeah for the brief period of time you could play MTA Vice City without it f***ing up, it was brilliant, so if they can pull of SA and make it stable I'm in

I have heard this is far more stable than the previous releases, i guess it's just a matter of someone installing it to find out because i don't have San Andreas installed atm either :)

My brother is playing it and it seems to go alright.
