I used to have no problems sharing clipboard between a Terminal Server session (Win2k Adv Server) and my local computer, but suddently it doesn't seem to work. Anyone seen this happen before?

Edit: Bah, it appears to work on one Terminal Server, but not on the other, so its probably a server-side problem.

Edit #2: Double bah, logged off the session (it was an old session that had been running for several weeks) and re-logged on and now it works again.

If you kill the 'rdpclip.exe' process on the machine your terminal served to and restart it (cmd shell -> start rdpclip.exe) then it usually fixes up any problems with copy & paste.

also check to see if the clipboard sharing is enabled on the server in the terminal services coniguration managment console.

reboot the server if you can?

try using the w2k3 remote desktop client to conenct rather than the 2k TS client
