I saw over on the newly-launched Pantheon website that they've got a link to a Microsoft Media video covering the recent huge Speakeasy Counter-Strike tournament that was held. From the Pantheon site:
Artistically put together, it has highlights from the biggest Counter-Strike event yet, and an interview with the CPL founder Angel Munoz, who answers some good questions including the debated "Counter-Strike vs. Quake3".
It is very well put together, clocking in at 17 minutes of footage, including (as it says) an interview with Angel, plus several players, and discusses the future of gaming. There's some good words from the Speakeasy.net spokesman indicating Speakeasy's happiness with the success of the event, so hopefully that corproate stamp of approval will make life easier for all gamers trying to get serious sponsorship in the future, be they players or event organisers.

I've mirrored the movie so you modemers can stream it a little more reliably - head over to AusGamers Files to nab.

next time I'll try and find something that can be condensed into 5 seconds so your attention span doesn't waver.

Some people actually like in-depth stuff !

it wasn't too bad. more of an interview than any thing but raised a few good points.

I thought it was quite good - Even though it didnt decide to stream - instead it rather decided to download f***ing slowly. I like in-depth reports, I'm like one of those guys who goes hunting through C-net and Zdnet for decent editorials and news to read.

I thought it was interesting...

It would've been more interesting to hear more about CPL's 10-year-plan...

That chick with the incredibly huge breasts and the f***-me heels in that movie looked remarkably like a normalised version of Romero's girlfriend

She's f***ING HOT by the way

Who says geeks don't get the chicks (yeah well money helps)
