This is mainly for Barak: If I see you responding to every post with useless comments just to have your name down the side as the last poster to every one again, you will no longer be able to post to these forums.

Your posts have kept us amused for a while, but childish behaviour will not be tolerated any further, as I have said several times before.

Why don't you make another post with some statement that you can't back up and everyone disagrees with that turns into an interesting debate (or at least one-sided slaw like the last one, but with one interesting side, anyway).

Actually to add to that, we are finding we are having to consider more admin functions since I created this board, just because of some of the spammage.. its not a bad thing all round, spam is good for a laugh, however some people are taking this to extremes.

Its cool to have opinions, thats what the message board is for; I'm not getting up you for having opinions, I'm getting up you for acting like a child and responding to everyone's post so your name appears all over the webboard. You know, we offer webpage hosting (www.qgl.org/hosting) so you could ask for a website and call it "baraks house of gaming opinion", and as long as it was updated and gaming-related, we'd happily support it.

And, I'm getting up you for saying you don't have any respect for what I (very politely and repeatedly) have asked you to do - try and behave.

Additionally, there's a difference between having an opinion and forcefully stating what you think is absolutely provably true, especially when everyone else is not only disagreeing with you, but solidly bringing facts to light which prove you wrong. Its good to see you changing your stance as this new evidence was brought to light though.

No, you weren't. There has been MANY boards where someone has decided it would be cool to do exactly what you just thought of. After you see it for the umpteenth time it gets very tiring.

Maybe you guys could allow the creator of the thread to specify whether they want it QGL-censored to remove all the chaff and stupid stuff, or to keep the thread free of the Admins' subjective calls on what's appropriate. Obviously you don't have to, but I think it's a fair compromise. Once the benefits of QGL-Censoring becomes apparent, I'm sure most thread creators would gladly flag it as such.

Also, something you guys may have already though about, once you start taking responsibilty for the content of the posts, do you become liable for offensive/illegal material posted here? I have no idea one way or the other, just thought I'd ask.
